My background is strong in the biological sciences such as physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, etc.

I have extensive coursework in animal nutrition, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, biochemistry and mathematics. Animal nutrition is the subject field in which I hold two graduate degrees; MS and PhD.
